Stop Ending Your Nightmares!

Nightmares are messages and lessons that we need to learn and integrate!

If you end it you don’t get the full message, the nightmare or dream probably repeats and happens more often until you DO integrate and interpret it.

Ideally, become lucid and interact with the nightmare, shadow work, trauma.

I spoke to a dream meaning expert once and he said that every dream is a message.

The dream will CONTINUE to repeat and show up again and again, until you actually understand and interpret the message.

I’m not 100% sure about the meaning of dreams, but I’m certain that they’re happening for a reason.

I think it’s very wise to understand dream meanings, and at the VERY least, stop ending your nightmares.

Having nightmares can be a good thing, when you understand why they’re happening, and what they’re telling you!
