Reprogramming The Subconscious Mind In 1 Week

All right in this podcast, I'm goin to tell you how to reprogram subconscious mind in about one week and before we get into that let me explain what I mean.

So your mind is kind of like a computer.

So you have software and you have hardware.

There's software.

Hopefully you are what you kind of what I'm talking about.

Right. The software is like the programs, so it might be like your internet browser.

You know you're messaging app, facebook instagram.

These are kind of like the software aspects, and then the hardware is things like well, with computer analogy, the hardware is things like your: your screen, okay, your keyboard, your mouse, the physical things all.

So your mind is like a computer and its constantly being programmed by different bits of information from different people.

Some good, some bad.

But it's happening all the time.

And so if you want to reprogram your subconscious mind, there are some way there are some reasons why you wouldn't want you might want to do.
