After the disappointment of the stoppage time defeat at home to Brentford the Hornets travelled to the Etihad to face Guardiola's expensively assembled team that were looking for a 15th consecutive win over Watford. The 5-1 defeat put the supporters in both a reflective as well as forward looking mood. Most would agree the end of the season can't come soon enough and the hope that a fresh start in a more forgiving environment than the Premier League will make next season better, but others were wary that this might too relaxed a view bearing in mind the issues that have worsened pretty much since the cup final Spaces regular Terry explains how he met almost everyone at the Brentford game and the last minutes were occupied by a superb debut call from Rich with a balanced view of concern for the future but also what could be a way forward.
