On Sept. 8, the Los Angeles Police Department was called to a tow yard in Hollywood over reports of a foul odor coming from a vehicle. The LAPD found decomposing, dismembered, human remains, wrapped in a bag hidden in the front trunk area of a tesla registered in Hempstead, Texas, to 20-year-old, David Anthony Burke.
