83. How to Stay Focused in a World of Distractions with Brad Modrich & Eric Hinz

On this episode of The Capital Gains Podcast, Jake is joined by two POWERHOUSES, Brad Modrich of Pennsylvania and Eric Hinz of Virgina Beach, both of whom Jake has had the pleasure of being brothers in the Arete Synidcate with, as well as #Phamily representing 1st Phorm's core values day in and day out. Jake, Brad, and Eric dive into how they stay focused on the task at hand with so many distractions at play in todays society, especially when it comes to social media. They both give insight on how they have kept their head down and executed consistently, regardless of the conditions that were thrown at them.

Brad is the Co-Founder of CONFLICT, a mental toughness and personal development organization, Co-Founder of Trifecta Credit Solutions, and CFO of Just Aesthetic Nursing. Brad gained his experience in personal development after getting out of federal prison in 2002, where all he had was freedom and an opportunity to be better. Brad worked his way up to Vice President of almost 17 LA Fitness gyms in the Northeastern United States. Brad is a current and contributing member of the Arete Syndicate formed by Andy Frisella and Ed Mylett, and is a staunch representative of 1st Phorm International.

Eric Hinz is the CEO of Awaken Inside, LLC, a personal development and mental toughness organization designed to teach young men how to break their own mental barriers and break out of the chains of a status-quo life. Eric is soon opening THE GYM, the first of it's kind in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Soft opening is set for Saturday, June 18th, with the Grand Opening set for July 23rd. Eric is a member of the Arete Syndicate also, as well as the Lions Den led by Sean Whalen. Eric is also another staunch representative of 1st Phorm and it's relentless core values that have driven him and his team to success.
