EP 59 MBRR Time Trial

Solid hit out from the crew this week, massive Sunday run with the Moreton Bay Road Runners at their charity 10k Time trial, this event was to raise money for a local 5year old child William, he suffered a stroke, his family really need help to raise funds for a vehicle that transport him to and from hospital visits. William came to the BBQ after the run and it was devastating to see a young child paralysed from the nose down. As a father of two boys close his age, it shook me to the core.
