This week we chat to local Athlete and winner of the 2023 GC Running festival Clive Gross, this EP is loaded with training advice, tips and also the story of how the "Bush Turkey Track Club" was formed.

We also talk about the Sandgate Parkrun's annual speed week, there were over 700 runners and some incredible times ran.
