It's been called a war, and it's been going on for decades. The war on drugs has claimed thousands of lives, cost billions of dollars, and yet we are no closer to winning it. The prohibition of drugs creates more problems than it solves, and the criminalization of drugs only makes things worse. Why can’t we win this war? What can be done to finally bring it to a close?
