Over the years working in Architecture and also Recruitment I've seen job boards change, some come and go and there is some success stories.

On the other hand, everyone has been saying job boards are dying, expensive to use and useless for the job seeker and advertiser. Who is right and is COVID-19 the nail in the coffin for change?
