Self Care : The Act of Self Love

Hello Everyone! Today we are talking about what Self Care is. We discuss the many different components to self care in building overall wellbeing, and a healthy lifestyle. We touch in on how balance between these components is what lead us to managing a positive mindset. Self care is about self love and ultimately invites the individual to investigate what their life must look like in order to reach their highest potential through taking the best care of themselves. When we are at our best, we are able to approach everyday with joy and love, in turn, being prepared to manage life's opportunities, and leading by example for the rest of the world.
