63: How To Produce A Cabaret with Rob Schneider

Learn how to produce musical cabarets with NYC cabaret producer Rob Schneider.

Robert W. Schneider is one of the leading cabaret producers and directors in New York City, primarily associated with Feinstein's/54 Below, which The New York Times has called "Broadway's Living Room." At 54 Below he has produced over fifty cabarets.

As a director, Robert has worked with such theatres as Center Theatre Group, Walnut Street Theatre, Manhattan Theater Club, York Theatre, Second Stage Theatre, and Lincoln Center Theater, as well as for PBS and Fox Seachlight. His directorial work has been acknowledged with the Ovation Award, BroadwayWorld Award, and he was nominated for BroadwayWorld's Best Director of the Decade.

Robert is the Artistic Director of The J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company that does full productions of neglected works from the past. In addition to that, Robert is the co-host of the podcasts Behind The Curtain: Broadway's Living Legends, Gay Card Revoked, and the soon to be launched This Was A Thing.
