#50 - Gordon Belch - The Intersection Between Million Dollar Deals and Self-Care

This week my guest is Gordon Belch.

Gordon is the co-founder of nutritious food brand vybey and Head of Finance at an international engineering firm. Out with being an entrepreneur, he is also deeply practiced in self optimisation through mindfulness, meditation and cold water therapy. He speaks on the cross-roads between entrepreneurialism and self-care.
