A Conversation with Geraud Staton - REBOOT

In this week’s episode, we had the pleasure of speaking with Geraud Staton, Executive Director of Helius. Geraud shares how Helius provides training and coaching for small businesses and necessity-driven entrepreneurs. They work closely with small business owners to help them earn and pay a fair living wage.The program starts with a 10-week business training program that ends with participants having a business plan and a working, 1-year strategic plan. Then, Helius students move on to a full one-year coaching program where they meet monthly with in-house coaches as well as a bevy of subject matter experts from the community who are all working with one goal in mind: to ensure our clients can create the strongest business possible, earning a fair living wage for employees and business owners alike!​
