In this episode, we're welcoming Property Entrepreneur Mark Reid into the Hall of Fame for achieving 2nd place at the end of year awards for Property Entrepreneur of the year 2024.

Mark Reid is the Managing Director of Iltson and Robson, a 7 – figure manufacturing business in Birmingham which went from cash flow crunch to cash flow capable in less than 6 months.

Mark joined the Property Entrepreneur Programme in 2023 at the recommendation of his wife who wanted to build a property portfolio, since then he's steered his business from potential disaster to profit margin success. Using the Property Entrepreneur methodologies, he's managed to solve some of the biggest problems all entrepreneurs face whatever type of business they're in. Property or not.

Mark has learned the value of stepping back from his business, working on it not in it, creating a clear vision, tapping into his reason why, working to achieve financial clarity and helping his team find their flow using Wealth Dynamics.

Business is business and it has the capacity to pull you under or make you stronger. In this case, Mark has used what he's learned to make long-lasting improvements to the way he runs his business and how he communicates with his team.
