About James:
Dr. James Cooke is a neuroscientist, writer, and speaker, whose work focuses on consciousness with an interest in meditative and psychedelic states. He studied Experimental Psychology and Neuroscience at Oxford University and passionate about exploring science and spirituality. He is currently building a retreat centre in Portugal and hosts Living Mirrors with Dr. James Cooke Podcast.
