‘Dr. GTO’ Dylan Weisman is Lead Instructor for Upswing PLO and Founder of Weisman Consulting Group, where he serves as a peak performance coach for poker players and business executives.

Dylan started playing poker professionally at age 16 but took a break from the game to earn a degree in financial math and statistics at UC Santa Barbara and pursue a career in project management and business operations.

Since returning to poker, Dylan has played in the largest PLO cash games in Vegas. Some of his most notable wins include the US Poker Open 25k and a 2021 WSOP bracelet.
