Should children be encouraged to develop their psychic ability?

If a child starts to exhibit signs of psychic ability, or of seeing things others can't see, should they be encouraged to explore things further? We discuss the best course of action, and talk about some of the signs that a starseed child is seeing beyond the physical realm.
