As much as I love working and we grind and pray hopefully one day we get to a place where we feel contempt being. it is good to take a break and for me, it's traveling and it's honestly therapeutic for my mental health and anxiety. In a way of getting out of my normal routine, and normal social circle and getting to experience something out of the ordinary that wouldn't normally happen. Like being in a new environment meeting new people and discovering your favorite coffee places and being inspired by other people's perspectives views on something.
