Jiu-Jitsu Outlet #5: James Krause "Just Keep Going"

Training in martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, wrestling, & Muay Thai is my outlet for improving my mental health and becoming a better person.

On this fifth episode of the show, I interview James Krause - Head Coach and owner of Glory MMA, professional fighter in the UFC, host of the %1 Club Podcast, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, family man, investor, and entrepreneur.

After dominating the midwest MMA circuit, James joined the UFC. He has a professional record of 28-9-0. As the head coach of Glory MMA, James has coached professional athletes at the highest levels of the sport and contended for the title on numerous occasions. Fighting out of Lee's Summit on the outskirts of Kansas City, MO, James is an expert in the development of a high-level mindset.

On this episode, we discuss James' journey of becoming more confidant and developing the mindset that it takes to succeed at the highest levels of professional sports. We discuss how this training applies to business and life off the mats.
