Don’t believe the perfect Christmas you see on Instagram

It’s December! Steph might’ve been listening to Christmas music since October but the rest of us have finally caught up with her and this week we’re talking all things Christmas! Starting with some important reminders at this time of year around gift giving, Santa, cost-of-living, comments about food and exercise, and not believing everything you see on Instagram.
