Anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia are things that you can heal from, and it doesn’t have to take you years to do it!

Also, you're not just an anxious person. There are reasons why you are struggling with anxiety, panic disorder, or agoraphobia. What has caused, or is causing the anxiety, are things that you can heal from. You can have a healthy relationship with anxiety, and you are absolutely capable of peace.
