122: These 5 Things DON'T Mean You Aren't Healing From Anxiety

When you're working to heal from anxiety, it can be really tricky to know whether you're healing or not! One day you might feel great, and the next you might be struggling with the simplest of tasks.

And oftentimes we're looking for all the signs to determine whether we're healing or not. But unfortunately, it can be pretty easy to mistake these signs and determine that we aren't actually healing.

So in this episode I want to talk about the 5 things that shouldn't be indicators of your anxiety healing. And spoiler alert... you're probably doing a much better job than you think you are!
