We'll send you a bunch of downloadables as well as key action steps for you to take. With the goal to help you live your healthiest, happiest life. Let's get into the first module of our Find Your Perfect Diet eCourse! MODULE ONE: START HERE When you embark on finding your perfect diet, it's hard to know where to start. What foods are out, what foods are in? That is, what foods make you feel super-human-amazing and what foods make you feel below average... aka bloated, brain foggy, dull, blaah, crap! Today we're going to share the Merrymaker Lifestyle with you, as it's the perfect place to start to help you find YOUR perfect diet. Our philosophy is less stress is best... in every possible way. ESPECIALLY when it comes to food. We ain't got time for guilty feels about past meals/snacks and anxiety around your next food experience. Life doesn't have to be controlled around the food you eat. When you live a Merrymaker Lifestyle, you eat real food. We don't care if you're paleo, vegan, vegetarian, bulletproof, etc. The Merrymaker Lifestyle is about adding more GOOD to your life (and your plate!). The Merrymaker Lifestyle follows super simple guidelines that make healthy eating easy and most importantly... fun and delish! The simple guidelines: Focus on filling your plate with MORE vegetables. Enjoy good quality meat, poultry and fish. Add good fats. Fat is your friend. Up the H2o. Life is too short to say no to dessert. Enjoy healthy treats every now and then (but not all the time). We're not going to give you an exact yes and no list, we like to focus on adding more GOOD to your plate. That's why our guidelines are all about what's in! However, we'll help you work out YOUR 'no list' in the next few days. BUT if you REALLY need a 'what's out?' list we'll give it to you... processed, sugar filled, gluten filled crap is OUT. Yay! Bye! See ya later! There are studies to prove every diet is the 'best diet ever', talk about confusing! That's why we'll focus on how you feel as an individual during and after you're eating certain foods. If you feel good... YAY, if you don't, then something is up! It's all about finding what works for YOU and what makes you feel good. Alright! It's time to REALLY get started! Over the next 5 days, we've made it easy for you to start your journey. In the first email we sent you, there's an example of our 5 day meal plan, with shopping list and 10 quick, easy and delish recipes for you to download!
