You Are A Soldier

Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to being a soldier. A soldier for life. What war are you facing? Depression? Bill? Health issues? Relationship problems? What is it? You're probably feeling like you're in the wild Wild West or something. Shucking and dodging these so-called "bullets" of life. Just trying to stay alive. Try to hold on to your peace. Hold on to your sanity. Hold on to your last nerve. And I need you to keep doing just that. Hold on. As a soldier, it's not just about surviving, it's about thriving. Look, we all go through things, but as they say, you can't fail if you don't quit. If the doctor is not giving you an answer you feel comfortable with, find another one. Are you feeling depressed? Start working out, meditate, journal, do whatever it is that you have to do, but just don't quit.

In the hit track "Soldier of Love" Sade belts, "I am lost, but I don't doubt. Tall I ride, I have he will to survive in the wild, wild west." Do you have the will to survive in your wild, wild west? Better yet, let me ask you this. What do you want? Because when you want something, you don't stop until you get it. Sade says, "I'm at the borderline of my faith. I'm at the hinterland of my devotion. The front line of this battle of mine, but I'm still alive" and so are you. Now what are you going to do about it?
