Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to being seen. It's stepping into the light. Yes. I was in the gym the other day and this track came on and immediately, I didn't have my phone on me, I looked to Lateef, I said, What is this? Can you shazam this? The song was talking about being in the light.

So he Shazamed it and it's this track called "Heaven on My Mind" by Becky Hill featuring Sigala and in it, she says, "I never thought I'd be so high. There's no need for me to hide." And I said, "Mmm." Kind of like "Vitamin D," right? Shedding light on who you are. Loving who you are in all that you are.

Understanding that what allows a diamond to shine are the multitudes of cuts that have been placed within it. She goes on to say, "Now I'm standing in the light. Everything is going to be all right." What is fear? F.alse E.vidence A.ppearing R.eal. You only fear what you do not see. Well, if you can see yourself, how amazing can you really be?

I want to challenge you to step into the light. Be seen in all that you are and all who you are. OK? We step in and light the season and we're shining for the whole world to see. Because that's peace. That's what we call heaven on our mind.
