263 - The Chairman Blueprint

In 2012, I met a gentleman who would become one of my leading mentors and ultimately one of my most significant business partners.

At the time of meeting him, he was running a national infrastructure company that he'd started 15 years previous, working in the Chairman role on one day a month, paying himself a million pounds a year.

As soon as I heard this, I knew this is the journey that I wanted to go on and over the last 20 years, I've moved through the levels of business, over the last 12 years, I've actively worked to become the Chairman, and over the last four years, I found every single way that doesn't work.
