A well-rounded experienced business executive with an international mindset, Ido Eylon is 3DM’s CEO and board member. Ido has a vast experience in the Additive Manufacturing industry in various roles and positions. He started his journey in the industry with Stratasys (Nasdaq: SSYS) where he assumed positions in Israel, North America & Asia Pacific. Being close to the market and customers, he gained a lot of experience and insights into the industry’s landscape. In his last role before joining 3DM, Ido held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing in Massivit (TASE: MSVT) leading the company’s go-to-market organization worldwide. Ido holds a Bsc in Biomedical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Yossi Carmil is the CEO of Cellebrite, a global leader in Digital Intelligence (DI) solutions for the public and private sectors. The company’s technology is used in millions of investigations around the world, helping thousands of law enforcement agencies to convict bad actors and bring justice to victims of crimes. Carmil started as one of Cellebrite’s very first employees and has been serving as CEO for the past 17 years. Before joining Cellebrite, he was Siemens' Commercial Vice President in Israel. Carmil has more than 25 years of experience in management, international sales, business development, and strategic consultancy. Prior to working in the private sector, he served at the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

Alon Jackson is the CEO and Co-Founder of Astrix Security, the first app-to-app security solution. Prior to founding Astrix, Jackson served as Head of R&D Group at automotive cyber security startup Argus (acquired by Continental AG). He also previously served over 12 years in strategic roles in the Cyber Security Division of the Israeli Military Intelligence Unit 8200, where he led the cloud security division. Jackson received an MSc in Computer Science with honors, specializing in cryptography.

Lilach worked as a pastry cook in patisseries and a gourmet catering firm, where she met her partner. They have a 7-year-old daughter and twin 4-year-olds.
