Shavot is also the leader of ""Israeli Girl's Week" where more than 100,000 girls and teenagers will partake in activities meant to inspire women this year. In the past, Eldad founded the "The Sky is the Limit" association that promoted social entrepreneurship for at-risk youth and served as chairman of the student union at the Hebrew University. He also served as an officer in the Israeli navy.
