Jay Jubas is a Senior Partner at McKinsey. Jay is a leader in McKinsey’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, and global leader of Fuel by McKinsey, which serves the start-up and scale-up ecosystem. He is also a leader of  McKinsey Israel TechHub, which provides services to startups, scale-ups, and VCs in multiple tech sectors in Israel. During the last year, Jay did Aliyah due to the huge potential McKinsey has recognized in the Israeli tech ecosystem. Jay holds a BS with highest honors and MS in materials science from Columbia University, and a PhD in physics from MIT. Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked as a research associate at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

As CEO of Cybellum he is responsible for the business, sales, and marketing operations, working with manufacturers and asset owners worldwide on implementing risk assessment solutions. As part of founding Cybellum’s development of a novel Product Security technology, Slava is the official representative of the Standards Institution of Israel in the ISO 21434 standard technical committee, leading ISO21434 Use-Case TF. Yoav Shoham is professor emeritus of computer science at Stanford University. A leading AI expert, Prof. Shoham is Fellow of AAAI, ACM and the Game Theory Society. Among his awards are the IJCAI Research Excellence Award, the AAAI/ACM Allen Newell Award, and the ACM/SIGAI Autonomous Agents Research Award. His online Game Theory course has been watched by close to a million people.
