Ruth Carter licensed attorney and the owner of Carter Law Firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Her practice focuses on social media law, intellectual property, business contracts, and flash mob law. Ruth was selected for the American Bar Association Legal Rebels in 2012 (the only lawyer from Arizona to be selected for this honor) and the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2013. She is the author of three best-selling books on the legalities of guerrilla marketing and social media including The Legal Side of Blogging: How Not to get Sued, Fired, Arrested, or Killed Kirk Manzo CSP best selling author, speaker and coach in the areas of sales and leadership development. Kirk holds the designation of Certified Speaking Professional CSP with the National Speakers Association. This past year Kirk completely certification to teach John Maxwell's programs on leadership and communication.
