Estrangement And Grief

Do you have a rocky relationship with your parents, siblings, or both? It's very common to hear people say that they rarely speak and never spend time together as a family. And let's be honest, it's hard to accept that someone you love and care about wants nothing to do with you, and there you are grieving a living person. Sadly, estrangement is something that's not really talked about, and having to deal with questioning and judgement from others can be incredibly uncomfortable. On this week's episode I shed some light on the complexities of estrangement. Enjoy!
