If you want a job you love, it (usually) has to start free. That's how you build the skill. People in low-level jobs are essentially paid to move away from their dreams. It's up to you to move toward your dreams. Charlie said, "You're brought into school where your spontaneity and impulses are muted. You're forced to work on stuff that is not that interesting to you... I think that's why it is so important to work for free because you have to tap back into what matters to you."
