It's been a struggle in staffing in the restaurant industry, people rather work other jobs, that being in the restaurant industry. In this Make You a Millionaire episode, Jason Furst and I talk about the struggle, and why no one wants to work in the restaurant industry. However, the answer still eludes us. The only thing that we can do is to brainstorming ways to attract people, and/or ways to find and hire more staff for the restaurant.
