Hey hey SisTEAM, We are back and buzzing to share all the new content we’ve got planned for the next couple months. Did someone say SisTea take Santorini?🤭👀🥵 Anyways… this week we give some real truth tea talk and break down why perhaps it’s not them… it’s you. Or more specifically your attachment style! How the science of adult attachment can help you find – and keep – love’ by Amir Levine and Rachel S.F. Heller, looking at how to identify our own and our partners’ dating styles! We give the low-down on how you may be hindering your romantic prospects as a result of your attachment style’s typical traits, as well as how to identify this in a partner from the very first date (no more time wasters and flakey daters). Let’s continue to grow up and glow up SisTEAM by running away from those red flags as opposed to towards them. The episode ends with a quick identification of the different love languages and what they all mean. We emphasise the importance of knowing how both you AND your partner wish to receive love in order to harness strong and stable relationships going forward! We also have a little story time this week where Tilly (who else though really…) shares her recent and rather dodgy interaction in London after being followed and having to make a quick escape to a nearby cafe (big thanks to Kaffeine for saving our fellow SisTea sister).
