Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 12/10/24

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, those on the left celebrating Luigi Mangione and attacking our healthcare system should be condemned. We have the greatest healthcare system, on the face of the Earth. Yes, it’s imperfect but if you compare it to Canada, France, or Britain – it’s superior. The celebration of a suspected murderer is dangerous and disgusting. Also, Senators Joni Ernst and Lindsey Graham are changing their tune on the nomination of Pete Hegseth. This is because millions of you who have had enough of this made your voices heard. Later, the DOJ in 2017 and 2018 secretly obtained phone and text messages from Congressional staffers and 2 members of Congress. Every media headline says Trump’s DOJ but Trump and Former AG Bill Barr didn’t know any of this was happening. This proves Trump’s point - that many in the FBI have gone rogue. The correct headline should be - rogue prosecutors obtain records without the knowledge of Trump or AG Barr. Afterward, there were guns, ammo, and terrorist flags found inside the home of 2 Students for Justice in Palestine leaders and there’s no news about it. For the media and some in the culture - death to the Jews has been accepted. Finally, Rep Barry Loudermilk calls in to discuss the latest in the Oversight Subcommittee investigation into January 6th. 9/8/25 - Radical Shifts: How the Democrat Party Embraced Socialism

9/8/25 - Radical Shifts: How the Democrat Party Embraced Socialism

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump rightly criticized Sen Tim Kaine for saying that our rights come from government, not God. The book "Ameritopia" explained that John Locke had profound influence on America's founders during the Revolutionary period. Locke's philosophy was, natural law, derived from God's will, governs all, including governments; no authority can violate inalienable rights; and governments exist by consent to preserve these rights, not create them. This connects to the Declaration of Independence’s principles. Kaine's view is stunning and representative of the Democrat position. Also, the Democrat Party has radicalized far beyond its base, leaving behind traditional Democrats like veterans, police, firefighters, and generational members who now form a minority. A recent Gallup poll, show that only 42% of Democrats view capitalism positively, while 66% favor socialism. This reflects the entire party, not just the base, as evidenced by elections of socialists in cities like New York and support for figures like AOC and Bernie Sanders. This Democratic radicalization is partly due to new immigrants from anti-capitalist societies. Later, Dr Zuhdi Jasser calls in to discuss his run for Arizona’s 4th Congressional district. Jasser emphasized his commitment to service, love for America, and fighting against radical Islam, and far-left policies exploiting freedoms. Jasser would be a counter to progressive kooks like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar. Afterward, sanctuary states and cities are unconstitutional. America fought a civil war making that clear. States and cities cannot defy federal constitutional authority that is clearly granted to the national government -- the enforcement of federal immigration law. They cannot nullify federal law. The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/6/25

The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/6/25

This week on the Mark Levin Show, Democrats, the media, and some Republicans are portraying President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy and the Constitution, but it's the opposite. Democratic Congress members, isolationist fake MAGA figures, Marxists, and Islamists are plotting to destroy American principles and the country, while being promoted by left-wing corporate media. President Trump is taking decisive action on Russia and has made it clear he’ll do even more if necessary—unlike the weak, inconsistent leadership we've seen from others. His foreign policy is firm and strategic, echoing the strength of President Reagan, and he’s done more to support Ukraine and NATO than President Biden ever dared. It’s shocking that Sen Tim Kaine's said that our rights come from government, which is a Marxist and buffoonish view. The Declaration of Independence's concept of unalienable rights from God is rooted in eternal truths and the Judeo-Christian tradition. Kaine rejects the American founding, which is based on divine sovereignty bestowed on individuals. Kaine’s view is emblematic of the Democratic Party, which rejects America, embraces Marxism and Islamism, and supports initiatives like the 1619 Project. Learn more about your ad choices. 9/5/25 - Mark Levin: The Truth About Drugs and National Security

9/5/25 - Mark Levin: The Truth About Drugs and National Security

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Venezuela, Mexico, and Communist China, are flooding the U.S. with deadly poisons killing many young people. Unlike others who merely complain, President Trump uses his presidential powers and the military to intervene, such as destroying a drug-laden Venezuelan boat and giving orders to eliminate threats like encroaching Venezuelan jets. The reaction from the left is to find a court or a law to try and prevent Trump from protecting Americans from enemies foreign and domestic. Afterward, we’re glad to see all those attacking pro-military conservatives as "warmongers" now celebrating the Department of War. We were never warmongers. And we salute POTUS and what he is doing for DOD and our national security. He was never an isolationist or appeaser or pacificist. Peace through strength. Also, Tucker Carlson, Qatarlson, conducted an entire program using a disgruntled reportedly former contractor, who was apparently dropped by the State Department, to smear Mark’s step-son David Milstein, who works for Ambassador Huckabee, as well as Huckabee, Speaker Mike Johnson, the entire Rubio State Department, and President Trump's policies. Qatarlson believes that libeling a family member is fair game. Ask yourself, what causes someone like Qatarlson to become so thoroughly evil that they promote 9/11 conspiracies, host Holocaust deniers and Hitler promoters, lavish praise on Putin and other monsters, smear our country's history, military, and great leaders, spread vicious lies and hate about our allies like Israel, trash President Trump for successfully defending our nation against the Iranian terrorist regime and its nuclear program, and smear our country's history? Later, unlike Joe Biden, Trump is protecting Christians, not punishing them. DOJ released a report exposing systematic anti-Christian bias under the Biden administration. Key findings include the State Department limiting humanitarian aid to Christians, favoring non-Christian hires, denying leave for Christian holidays, and imposing LGBTQ+ ideology that violated religious beliefs. The task force commits to ending such discrimination, ensuring equal treatment for all faiths. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/4/25 - Unalienable Rights: The Founding vs. Modern Thought

9/4/25 - Unalienable Rights: The Founding vs. Modern Thought

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, it’s shocking that Sen Tim Kaine's said that our rights come from government, which is a Marxist and buffoonish view. Chapter 5 of On Power says that human rights, liberty, and equality are inherent, God-given through natural law, predating and transcending governments, as affirmed in the Declaration of Independence and echoed in state declarations like Virginia's. These views, shared by Founders such as Jefferson, Mason, Franklin, and Adams, emphasize governments' role in securing these unalienable rights via consent of the governed. In contrast, 19th-century philosophers like Hegel and Marx—influencing modern progressives, American Marxists, and figures like Woodrow Wilson—reject these principles, creating an irreconcilable clash of worldviews at the core of ongoing power struggles, where liberty depends on rights preceding government. Also, anonymous judges are complaining about the Supreme Court to NBC News. They say that the Court overturns lower rulings on Trump administration cases with insufficient explanations, undermining judicial integrity amid rising threats and criticisms from Trump allies. These judges are cowards and activists, and the NBC article is propaganda.  Later, Robert Kennedy Jr. fought back in the latest hearing. Democrat Senators refused to let him answer a question. They hate him because he rejected them.  Finally, Trey Gowdy calls in to discuss his new book, The Color of Death: A Novel. The story follows assistant DA Colm Truesdale, who, after losing his wife and daughter, becomes apathetic about life but excels in his prosecutorial role. 9/3/25 - How Trump and Reagan Approach Foreign Policy

9/3/25 - How Trump and Reagan Approach Foreign Policy

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump is taking decisive action on Russia and has made it clear he’ll do even more if necessary—unlike the weak, inconsistent leadership we've seen from others. His foreign policy is firm and strategic, echoing the strength of President Reagan, and he’s done more to support Ukraine and NATO than President Biden ever dared. While the left-wing media continues to push false narratives and smear his record, the truth is undeniable: Trump has tackled the border crisis, deported dangerous criminals, revived the economy through smart tariffs, and worked to end endless wars. Meanwhile, the left seems more focused on protecting criminals and pushing radical agendas than defending our communities and allies. The American people see through the noise—and that’s exactly why Trump’s support continues to grow. Also, a new study debunks the accusations of Israeli genocide, war crimes, and intentional mass starvation in Gaza during the ongoing conflict. The 311-page report explained that more food entered Gaza post-October 7, 2023, than before, refuting famine claims and explains that shortages are due to Hamas looting. Will any major news organization report on this? Afterward, Ben Shapiro calls in to discuss his new book - Lions and Scavengers: The True Story of America (and Her Critics). Shapiro describes lions as builders, innovators, and risk-takers who take responsibility for fixing problems and strengthening society, often embodying patriotism and optimism. In contrast, scavengers are non-producers who resent lions and seek to destroy societal structures, forming coalitions like Marxists or Islamists seen in campus protests and marches that threaten Western civilization from within. Finally, there’s an internal cancer within the Democrat party which threatens to destroy society, especially evident in Islamists who flee oppressive homelands yet attack American freedoms. Democrats are encouraging this cancer because they think it will lead to power. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/2/25 - Marxism and Islamism: The Rising Threats in America

9/2/25 - Marxism and Islamism: The Rising Threats in America

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Democrats, the media, and some Republicans are portraying President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy and the Constitution, but it's the opposite. Democratic Congress members, isolationist fake MAGA figures, Marxists, and Islamists are plotting to destroy American principles and the country, while being promoted by left-wing corporate media. Rep Rashida Tlaib is the enemy within, an Islamist who supports Hamas and seeks to destroy America.  She was at the People's Conference for Palestine, where she asserts Palestinians are "just getting started," and accuses "genocide enablers.” The speakers at this conference are part of the hate America crowd, undermining the U.S. from within.  Also, not all young people in America are problematic, but there’s a significant portion who succumb to Marxist propaganda—often intertwined with Islamist rhetoric and issues like climate change—blaming systemic issues like capitalism, racism, or billionaires for personal shortcomings rather than taking responsibility. Life demands hard work, accountability, and individualism, and true freedom shouldn't require others' enslavement through taxes or systemic upheaval.  Later, over Labor Day weekend in Chicago at least 58 people were shot, including 8 fatalities and a drive-by wounding 7 victims. This is happening while Governor Pritzker claims crime is down. The Democratic Party is siding with criminals and offering no real solutions. Now Chicago Brandon Johnson is claiming Trump is “militarizing” Chicago. Did Ike "militarize" our schools when he federalized the National Guard in 1957 to escort black students into Central High School?  Of course not! The governor refused to allow the students safe passage into the school and blocked them from entering the school. Trump is not "militarizing" Chicago. He wants to ensure the people there are safe while the mayor and the governor are failing horribly and people are literally dying. Learn more about your ad choices. 9/1/25 - Mark Levin's Take on America’s Challenges

9/1/25 - Mark Levin's Take on America’s Challenges

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of on Labor Day! Critics of President Trump's executive order on American flag burning have not read it and are misrepresenting it, as the order creates no new laws or offenses. It does not run counter to the 1989 5-4 Supreme Court decision in Texas v. Johnson. Unsurprisingly, most of the media jumped the gun and their favorite NeverTrumpers (among others) joined in the chorus, accusing the president of lawlessness, etc. Also, France’s Emmanuel Macron is a disgusting quisling. He thinks it’s still Vichy France, where he’d be more comfortable. Kudos to our Ambassador to France, Charles Kushner for calling out antisemitism in France. Also, CNN and similar media are biased against Supreme Court conservatives like Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Alito, who are accused of being "out of control" while upholding the Constitution in rulings favoring the Trump administration on issues like immigration and spending and DEI. Afterward, On Power explains that negative power, particularly its soft form, exists in both open and closed societies and is increasingly prevalent in democracies like America. It emphasizes that a universal order—encompassing nature, morality, values, and beliefs—precedes, transcends, and outlasts all governments, which are temporary human constructs imposing limits on individuals. Humans are not inherently subjects of rulers or governments but are governed by an unamendable supreme law. Valid governments must align with this universal order, while soft negative power persists in civil society (via laws, customs, or social contracts like Locke's) to maintain order, prevent anarchy, and protect individual liberty—even in the best governments. People vote for tyranny then when it takes hold it’s too late - that’s what will happen if Zohran Mamdani becomes Mayor of NYC. Later, the question media pundits keep asking: what is happening to the democrat party? What happened is that the people have learned a great deal about the Democrat Party and its ideologies over the years and they don't like it. Ideas do have consequences. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. They have always mattered. It's called getting back to basics. Getting back to our founding principles, beliefs, and values, and exposing those who seek to pervert, undermine, and destroy them. The Democrat Party is struggling and failing because it stands for virtually everything most Americans reject. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week on the Mark Levin Show, critics of President Trump's executive order on American flag burning have not read it and are misrepresenting it, as the order creates no new laws or offenses. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. They have always mattered. The gunman responsible for the shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis has been identified as transgender Robin Westman. Westman opened fire through the stained-glass windows during a celebratory mass, killing two children and injuring 17 others, including 14 kids. A manifesto reveals his psychotic obsession with mass shooters and includes anti-Semitic statements about "filthy Zionist Jews." It’s sickening that people will inject their politics into this event. Evil and sick individuals will commit harmful acts regardless of circumstances. Former prosecutors and left-wing mayors blame society or weapons, but that blame leads nowhere. What’s happening is the attack on faith. Faith is pushed out of the classroom and the public square. For a mayor to say don’t talk about prayer, he’s missing the point. Faith has turned a lot of people around; there can never be enough prayer. The United States is one of the most religious countries in the world. We have the freedom to practice any belief we would like, thanks to the Declaration of Independence. American society distinguishes between faith’s role in personal life, community, and government, recognizing it as a moral and psychological foundation that influences behavior and promotes civility. Christianity, while the majority faith, does not seek governmental control, allowing faith and reason to coexist and enrich personal and societal development. Learn more about your ad choices.
