Narcissists In The Workplace - Interview with Margot Fox & Narc Con

Narcissistic individuals and malignant narcissists are often described in a workplace setting as ‘difficult people’ to work alongside or under and indeed to manage. Today we have the pleasure of introducing Margot Fox to our show on Narc Con for a discussion and tips on how to handle both everyday narcissism and an actual malignant narcissist in a workplace setting. Margot specialises in coaching and education mainly in the commercial sector with dedicated training programs that focus on growing positive and productive working environments. She also coaches on a one to one basis on how to handle individual situations with a focus on situational management and personal health and development on getting to the other side of the issue. Where narcissists create chaos, disturbance, unrest and destructive behaviours, Margot provides focus, strategy and everyday tips on how to navigate a difficult and damaging work situation. The toll on mental health in these circumstances can be enormous so definitely some very valuable information is coming through in this podcast, thank you Margot!
