He Musta Seen a Booger! - My Bigfoot Sighting Episode 84

When tonight’s 1st guest was growing up on his grandfather’s 110 acre farm, in the 60’s and 70’s, he and his siblings would wander all over, looking for arrowheads and doing all sorts of other fun things. Sometime in the 70’s, the state started reintroducing wild turkeys in the area around his grandfather’s farm. After the turkey population started to grow, it wasn’t long before coyotes and other predators started moving into the area. By the time the 80’s rolled around, it wasn’t unusual, at all, to see turkeys around the farm, doing their thing, or to hear coyotes in the distance. When the Sasquatch started coming around, though, that wasn’t something he ever got used to.

Tonight’s 2nd guest, David, had his Bigfoot sighting in February of 1969, when he was just 14 years old. David’s family lived in the country, outside of the city limits. On a regular basis, he’d take his dog, Heidi, and walk to a nearby lake, where he’d do some hunting. Mostly, he’d do that to get out of the house and explore. The day he had his encounter, it was a clear, cold day, and there was a fairly strong wind out of the north. David was young, at the time, but he knew all of the animals he could expect to see, when he an Heidi made it to the lake, that day. At least, he thought he knew what he could expect to see. Nothing could have prepared him for what he did wind up seeing, however.
