Zoom Shadow Integration Sessions

Group Shadow Integration sessions starting Sunday 28th March, 7pm GMT.

Previous clients have been asking me for a long time to do this so that they can remain connected to Shadow Integration work, it helps to really bed in the work, to make it a deep, consistent routine.

These sessions suit everyone, men, women, from previous clients to those who have never worked with me. If you have not worked with me you will get a taste of how shadow integration works. If you have worked with me these sessions may help you to go deeper as sometimes during the course there is a lot to take in all at once.

We’ll begin with 2 sessions per month, and can increase if demand for more. They will be at different times to try to accommodate different time zones. Possibly on different days of the week. If you pay and cannot make the session you can use the credit for a later session.

Cost is be €15 per session.

If there is a time (please state your time zone) or day that suits you best by all means let me know and I’ll take into consideration for future sessions.

First session Sunday March 28th 7pm GMT (check Google for your local time)

Daylight savings begins on this day, be sure and double check times.

The sessions will be on Zoom, you do not need to download Zoom, I will email a link to those who register. You will have the option to be on camera with myself and the others or just to use audio, whatever suits.

I will guide us into the body, into stillness, there may be a short discussion, there may be light language, we will spend time developing presence, and then answering questions at the end.
