Chris Dornan - Hall of Fame - Award Winner

In this episode, we're welcoming Property Entrepreneur Chris Doran into the Hall of Fame for winning Advanced Property Entrepreneur of the Year 2024

Chris Dornan is a highly experienced property entrepreneur, who started his professional career in carpentry, construction and developments. Fast forward to now and he's a serial entrepreneur running 4 businesses with his business partner Tsen Wharton. His businesses vary from SA to developments to property investing and coaching and mentoring.

Chris joined Property Entrepreneur 3 years ago and since then he's gone from working in the business to on the business. Chris's turn around is nothing short of miraculous; from working over a 100 hours a week to being highly strategic, systemised and leveraged.

He's done this by delegating the lower - medium value activities in his business to new team members and increased his hourly rate by focusing only on the high value activities within his businesses. By doing this he has solved some of the most challenging issues every entrepreneur experiences; lack of capacity, lack of systems and lack of clarity. Going through this process was not easy but he has achieved what many entrepreneurs do not. Chris now has the time to do much more highly valuable strategic work and is reaping the rewards in terms of profitability and time for himself and his family.
