Wildlife TV presenter and conservationist Chris Packham has always been fascinated by the natural world. It wasn't until his forties that he was diagnosed with autism, finally providing an explanation as to why he experiences the world differently to other people.

His sight got so bad in his 20s that he was forced to give up his job as a web developer and ended up unemployed. He decided to give stand-up a try and is now a regular fixture on the comedy circuit.
