We talk to Lily Baker who started LMB management in 2013, at just 22 years of age, which has now grown be one of Australia's leading talent agencies looking after the likes of Rozalia Russian, Emma Hawkins and Snez Wood just to name a few. Being the taste makers of the agency world Lil also talks about what they're expanding into in the early stages of 2021 which is unlike any other management group.

We run through business - how to to trust your gut instinct and take the leap of faith into a business, how to grow and structure growth and the hard and daunting tasks of hiring and firing people.

For anyone wanting to know the in's and out's of influencers and collaborations - how they come about, how do they make money, if I have a business what should I be looking for if I pay an influencer we ask all those questions for you.

Our good friend also opens up about her most personal experience being bed ridden for nearly 12 months and being told that it's very likely that she may not survive. Being told that doctors haven't seen anyone survive your injury - how does that change your day-to-day life and outlook??
