I sent you this poster that was "In My Face", at work for the last five to six years. I've worked in the UK construction Industry for 20+ years in electrical for anything from office blocks to Petro chemical and Pharma Plants. The only time I see a women on site is (in the order of majority) is as visitors, then HSE Inspectors (Escorted by a man). This one is the perfect Authoritarian Role for Single Queef - with an Angry Beef with men. One perticular Female HSE was very fit and visited regularly. But you would need to sign a RAMS (risk assesment and method statement) before you could nail her. QA's....QS's... and office Types, who again are escorted (shown around the site) at the very most point around at the men working and take a few photos but don't actually work on site. Also your opinion on the YouTuber Jennifer Molenski would also be appreciated. After mild contemplation she is not a Chameleon, some of her videos are speaking to women and she has very good principals for women to actually care about their men. But unfortunately I think and fear that interesting and even mildly intelligent women are few and far inbetween these days. When a Girl does not have a cellphone in her hand is that a starter? Take Care Sandman. P.S. the girl in the photo pulled the plug on the fat grenade 2 years back and now she is now a big orange beach ball, hitting 30, full of collogen and lasered brows..she was on a couple of sites at same time as me. Alot of women would stand a chance if they lost weight." Well Pauly thanks for the donation and topic. I'll cover women in construction in the first half of this video and then I'll discuss Jennifer Molenski later. As I've said many times before women tend to avoid jobs that are difficult, dangerous and dirty. Construction and electrical are certainly going to fit into that category. The only time I've ever seen women working construction in Canada or the United States is out on the highways doing road repair but they are usually seen holding up a stop sign to tell traffic when to go and stop. I've seen that on America's interstate system many times. One girl I went to school with in University went on to become a successful welder but she wore utilitarian clothing and was sporting the start of a Breznev style unibrow. So I don't think she really counts. As for the woman in this poster you shared I'm going to cover her face so that YouTube doesn't come after me for so called bullying and harassment. Also the women that visit your site and put on their symbolic safety hats and take pictures need the male chaparone as a simp shield to make sure they don't hurt themselves. Construction sites are unforgiving and they don't care about your feelings. The laws of physics will not be suspended because she's got a golden camel toe.
