SaaS Leadership Lessons
  1. Find people who have good ideas and ask them good questions. Share what you've learned and become the person people learn from, even if it's through you.
  2. You must address multiple pain points because you are communicating with nearly two distinct individuals, even though they share a similar pain point yet consume and think differently.
  3. Getting in touch with potential business partners, clients, or mentors is much easier if you have a reason to do so. The show is a great reason to get in touch with these people.
  4. No matter how long your conversation is, you can cut it up into pieces that can be used on any social media platform. These pieces will be the content engine for your brand. It helps with the content, credibility, and connections.
  5. Every business must have a podcast. Even if you don't want to monetize, grow, or get a lot of downloads, a podcast is the best way to communicate with everyone.
