Happy New Year Outlouders! It’s the first day of 2025, and that means it's time for Word Of The Year.

If you're new here... welcome to the group and to one of our most anticipated episodes of the year.

New Year's resolutions can be a bit drab, so instead, every year we choose a word to that helps us set an intention for the 12 months ahead of us. Word of the year is more of a vibe that helps create a focus or filter for every moment and decision, big or small, that is to come.

But before Holly, Jessie and Mia share their words for 2025... they reflect on 2024. They give themselves a performance review on their word for last year and see if they lived up to them... or better yet remembered what it was!
