On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, America's founding was debated and adopted in Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. What happened in America has never happened in the course of history and it likely won't ever happen again. America is the greatest human experiment in the history of mankind. A fantastic example built on the foundation of Athens, Rome, and the British Parliament. This nation doesn't exist for the sake of equity, it exists for, and because of, liberty. Later, as predicted by this program the Justice Department is criminally investigating former President Donald Trump. They moved from politicization to criminalization. The two angles are a seditious conspiracy and a false elector’s scheme. This is an incredibly dangerous and out of line action by the corrupt leadership at the United States Justice Department to criminalize the political processes of an election. Then, the January 6th Committee has concluded that Trump must be prosecuted. Yet committee members like Eric Swalwell, who slept with a Chinese spy, suggest Trump be treated like a criminal. Separation of powers is vital to the future of this republic. If Democrats do this, they will blow a hole in this country that can never be fixed. Afterward, whistleblowers within the FBI and the Department of Justice are alleging that officials are ignoring and avoiding evidence that Hunter Biden violated the law. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, if invaded by China, Taiwan must launch a retaliatory attack on China's mainland. Unlike the United States, Taiwan is preparing for China's attack. The Biden Administration is too focused on chasing Donald Trump, destroying fossil fuels, debating how open the border should be, and how to redefine a recession when they can't even define what a woman is. Then, the same idiots that caused shortages of gasoline, shortages of food, and inflation claim they have the cure for the environment. They suggest all vehicles be electric even though our electric grid cannot support that type of output. Later, The New York Times has smeared this program again with an article besmirching Mark. As Democrats further criminalize dissent, this program continues to condemn the violence of January 6th and defend the Constitution. A 22-year-old Good Samaritan with a handgun stopped a mass shooting at an Indiana mall. It is yet another example of a good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy with a gun, compared to new details emerging in the ultimate failure with law enforcement in Uvalde. When it comes to the corrupt January 6th committee, Democrats want everyone they subpoena to submit to their one-sided show trial, yet refuse to release the transcripts of depositions. Donald Trump did not take any illegal advice, he didn't call in the military, and he didn't call in the Dept. of Homeland Security to stop or interfere in the election or transition. Yet the Jan 6th committee continues to fabricate narratives to try and secure an indictment based on the 14th Amendment. What is this national climate emergency all about? President Biden now claims he will legislate on his own because Congress won't give him what he wants. The left will burn down whatever gets in the way of achieving their political will. Biden and the radical Marxists he surrounds himself with are destroying everything they can get their hands on. Hunter Biden has had more than 150 flagged financial transactions and why he is under federal investigation for money laundering and tax evasion. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL Radio Host Larry OConnor fills in for Mark. Irrespective of your opinion of Steve Bannon, it's a travesty that he was maligned and found guilty of contempt of Congress. This is bigger than any one person, as this is an affront on equal justice under the law and an attack on Americanism more broadly. Can anyone say with a straight face that Bannon faced a fair trial in Washington? Then, the battle to legislate contraception rages on as Democrats move to play politics following the Roe decision. Democrats pretend there is a massive push by states to ban birth control and need to codify it federally, but there is not.
