On a Mission to UNITE the World - Clara Paye, Founder and CEO of UNiTE Food

On a Mission to UNITE the World - Clara Paye, Founder and CEO of UNiTE Food

As the CEO and founder of UNiTE, Clara's mission is to build a bigger, more inclusive wellness table —one where everyone is invited to have a seat. She is a first-generation immigrant and a second-generation entrepreneur. She grew up in her family business, EZ-FLO a worldwide distributor of plumbing products. Over 17 years she worked in Marketing, Operations, and Risk Management and eventually became EZ-FLO's Managing Director and grew the business alongside a very talented team. After a 17 year run at EZ-FLO, she founded UNiTE when she noticed that there weren’t wellness options that served her or people who craved more flavor in their bars. On a mission to prove diversity is delicious, UNiTE launched in March of 2020 with a line of protein bars in culturally diverse flavors. Since then the Brand has been quickly growing and UNiTE is sold in major retailers nationwide and online. Clara is also a founding member of (included), a group that serves BIPOC CEOs and Founders in CPG and am a proud member of Young Presidents Organization and the Network of Executive Women. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, playing competitive tennis and dreaming up new protein bars flavors. She hopes to bring the world a little bit closer and would love to connect with all of us on her journey. To learn more about Clara and her amazing UNiTE protein bars, visit https://unitefood.com/
