Incorporating this superfood into his plan for diet and exercise, he lost an incredible amount of weight from 500 pounds and became inspired to introduce everyone to the amazing health benefits this hidden gem can provide. Over the past 10 years, Alexiou has been recognized for his leadership, entrepreneurship, and community involvement and is the recipient of numerous awards and achievements.
