DO FRIENDSHIPS NEED WATERING?

Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
Do you believe friendships need to be watered? Or should they be self-sustaining?
The reason we ask is because we heard someone say "relationships grow where they are watered," and we totally agree, but isn't it also true that all don't need the same amount of watering.
Now the question is:
📌 What does watering look like as you evolve?
📌 Should our friends be watering us more than we are watering ourselves?
📌 Should we be more intentional about our expectations of being watered, or are we asking too much of someone else?
