Madison Schemitz nearly died in June 2023 when her ex-boyfriend, Spencer Pearson, attacked her and stabbed her 15 times outside of a restaurant in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Schemitz's mother was wounded trying to stop the attack and a good samaritan who came to her aid was also hurt. Pearson claimed he was suffering from depression. A judge sentenced him late last week.
