This week: It show time! The Abstract Fiber team is very pleased to be a vendor at the Madrona Fiber Arts Winter Retreat in Tacoma. You’ll see new yarns, patterns, knitting bags, and spinning wheels. It's happening again! The Madrona Fiber Arts Winter Retreat will be held from February 11th - 14th in Tacoma, WA. Come and visit us there - it is open to the public even if you haven't registered for classes. The Crown Mountain Farms "Fiber Of The Month" club has a few spots still available for April and May, and the game is still on to register for the Mystery Fiber. The Sock Hop Yarn Club will be closing the March shipment in the next few days. Come and join the "Knit For Fun" club - great yarns and colorways are awaiting you as well as outstanding patterns by Lisa Ellis and shipping is free.

Gigi has fallen in love with her newest project. She is knitting the Classic Slant Cardigan by Deborah Newton out of Cascade Venezia. Jasmin is sticking to Jasmin 2010 by finishing the knitting on her Looped Loop cowl. Jasmin has finished the Knitmore Vanilla Sock pattern. We attended the Purlescence Stash Swap. Jasmin came home with some Moda Dea ribbon.
